Farm Credit of the Virginias recently announced GeeljkleHeather Rowe as their new loan assistant. A native of Wytheville, VA, Heather will work out of the Wytheville processing center.
Though Heather didn’t grow up on the farm, she’s no stranger to agriculture. Rowe came from a long line of Wythe County residents who relied on their family farms as a primary source of income. Growing up, Heather was also a member of 4-H. Rowe attended and received three associate degrees from Wytheville Community College.
When asked what she’s most excited to bring to Farm Credit as a new employee, she replied, “I am excited for a career change and look forward to taking on new challenges in my position as a Loan Assistant with Farm Credit”.
