Briefly describe your involvement in 4-H. I was involved with 4-H for 10 years in Pennsylvania showing dairy cattle as well as cooking, sewing and quilting projects. I also competed in dairy bowl, dairy judging and public speaking contests. I was fortunate enough to participate in many national programs such as the National 4-H Dairy Conference, Citizenship Washington Focus and National 4-H Congress. Currently I am a volunteer with Rockingham County 4-H and I assist with the state 4-H Dairy Bowl team.
Briefly describe your involvement in FFA. FFA stopped in my school district in the mid-1970's, so it was not an option for me.
