Farm Credit Welcomes Dodson as Business Service Specialist

Farm Credit of the Virginias (FCV), a lending cooperative that serves Virginia, West Virginia and western Maryland, announced that Brittney Dodson has joined the Association as a business service specialist for the Culpeper branch.

Dodson is originally from Madison County, where she grew up on a farm, which produced corn, soybeans and cattle. She and her family now live in Orange County.

Dodson’s diverse background and skillset will serve her well in her new role. She has 15 years of experience running a daycare business, and she has also worked for the school system and a local orthodontic office. Regarding her new position, Dodson shared, “I am a people person, so I am excited to have the opportunity to interact with borrowers face-to-face daily, and work to best serve their needs.”

Branch Manager, Becky Ramsey, said, We are thrilled to have Brittney join our branch team here in Culpeper. She brings positivity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in agriculture to the role, and I am confident she will serve our customer-owners well.”

Outside of work, Dodson enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and their three dogs. She also enjoys working on home projects, attending her children’s sporting events and shopping.
