Farm Credit Welcomes Branham to the Lexington Branch

Farm Credit of the Virginias (FCV) recently announced that Rockbridge County native, Brittany Branham, has joined the Lexington branch, filling the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR). Branham joins the team with years of customer service experience and enthusiasm for her new career path.

Branham was raised, and currently resides, in Fairfield, Virginia. She attended Rockbridge County High School. She went on to complete coursework at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College in Covington, Virginia, where she obtained a certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant. While at Dabney, she earned pre-requisites for her current studies at Liberty University. She plans to complete her Associate’s degree in Business next year.

Prior to her role at FCV, Branham worked in the healthcare field with Augusta Health as a Medical Assistant and Administrative Assistant.

In response to her new role, Branham shared, “The CSR position sparked my interest as I have 5 years of customer experience and enjoy agriculture, so being able to combine both was an enticing opportunity. I am excited to be part of the Farm Credit team and to share my positivity and strong work ethic with my new team members.”

She continued, “I am looking forward to continuing to grow my relationships with our customer-owners while embracing the culture of Farm Credit - the focus here is the customer’s needs.”

Branch Operations Supervisor, Emily Kline, shared, “Brittany has a strong background in customer service with a keen eye for detail. We are excited have her as a part of our team.”

In her first few weeks at Farm Credit, Branham shared that her team members have been beyond supportive in helping her transition into her new role, “Every member on the Farm Credit Team has been extremely nice and helpful no matter the question I may have. I have been welcomed with open arms, it has been challenging as I came from the healthcare field to finance but it has been a good shift in learning the new field.”
